   Clients submit drawings or DXF files, or discuss development requirements.
2. Development (if required)
   Custom designs are prepared and finalised for cutting.
3. Laser cutting & fabrication
   Precision cutting and bending are completed in-house.
4. Powder coating
   Components are coated using high-quality finishes for durability and protection.
5. Delivery / collection
   Finished parts are ready for use or installation.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times depend on the level of development required.

• Jobs supplied with correct DXF files can often be completed same day, depending on submission time.
• Most projects are completed within 48 hours.
• Development-heavy or complex jobs may require additional time, which will be communicated upfront.
