Clients are responsible for ensuring that all supplied files (including DXF or other cutting files) are accurate, correctly formatted, and approved for production. Laser Cut & Coat is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete client-supplied files.
Clients supplying their own materials or parts do so at their own risk. Materials must be clean and suitable for processing. We reserve the right to refuse work on materials that do not meet our requirements.
5. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, complexity, development requirements, and material availability. Same-day or expedited services are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
6. Powder Coating
Powder coating is subject to size limitations and surface condition requirements. Laser Cut & Coat does not clean heavily soiled or contaminated parts. Maximum coating dimensions may apply and will be communicated where relevant.
Colour matching is performed to the closest available powder specification and exact colour matches are not guaranteed.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified on quotes or invoices. Orders may require a deposit or full payment before work commences. Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or withholding of completed items until payment is received.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Orders cancelled after work has commenced may be subject to charges for time, materials, and services already completed. Any changes to confirmed orders must be communicated promptly and may affect pricing and turnaround times.
9. Limitation of Liability
